How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you've placed your order, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for most orders is 3 to 5 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states but do not ship to any addresses outside of the United States.

Can I cancel my active order?

Orders are not eligible for cancellation or change after checkout is complete. If you are a subscriber please log into your account to cancel or update your subscription.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page.
