Refunds
We are confident you will be satisfied with your Temper Metabolic Fitness experience. In fact, if you are not satisfied after messaging with your coach on 3 separate calendar weeks, you will receive a full refund on your first order (up to $99).
Offer valid for first-time purchases only.
All three (3) SMS messaging sessions with the coach must be completed within the first 30 days of the order date. A refund request must be made by contacting our support team at support@usetemper.com .
Individual results may vary, and you may not obtain your desired results within the first 30 days. Neither Temper, nor its employees, agents, or affiliates, make any representations, warranties or guarantees as to the results that may be achieved from Citravarin or any information and/or related services provided.
Customers are urged to always consult a medical professional or physician before making changes to their diet or taking a supplement.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items (including items sold as part of Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions) or subscription purchases after your first delivered order. We also cannot accept returns or refunds on our multi-sachet bundles, 1-year bundles or 1-year programs.
Returns
You are able to return your first, unopened order within 30-days of delivery. Please note that we do not refund subsequent orders, subscription orders, or your shipping charge.
To request a return, contact our customer experience team at support@usetemper.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items part of Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Subscriptions
Truly improving your metabolic fitness takes commitment, consistency, and time. To encourage commitment and consistency of use and to ensure you get the most out of Temper, our program is designed as a monthly subscription. Once you make a purchase you are free to adjust, cancel, or pause your subscription as you see fit.
As part of our subscription renewal process you will receive an automatic email notification 3 days before your subscription renews with a link to pause, modify, or cancel your subscription.
