Questions about the Temper App and Temper Coaching Programs

When is my coach available?

You will schedule your 1-on-1 sessions with your coach in the Temper app. Each coach has their own schedule and will make sure you can find a time that works for you.

Temper coaches are available to text chat through the Temper app Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Pacific). If you need your coach after hours simply send a message and they will get back to you when they are back on line

What can I expect from my Temper coach?

Your Temper coach is here to help you as an ally. We promise to:

  • Be non-judgemental
  • Meet you where you are
  • Be an accountability partner
  • Be professional
  • Be on time
  • Serve as an expert guide on your wellness journey
  • Serve as a sounding board when you are struggling and looking for solutions

How do I start chatting with my coach?

When you sign up, you will receive an email with a registration link.

If you signed up for Temper using your phone number or email, your coach will reach out to you to introduce themselves and start your journey together!

When you download the app you will receive a message from your coach welcoming you to temper. Go to the chat tab, introduce yourself and tell them what brought you to Temper or share your goals with your coach.

If your coach hasn’t reached out to you yet, try tapping on the chat button on the bottom of the home screen.

What is Temper Coaching?

Temper's coaching program is a health and wellness subscription that provides members with ongoing support on your intermittent fasting and broader health journey needs by providing habit tracking, food journaling, fasting content and education, and instant messaging with your Temper Coach for a monthly fee.

How can I download the Temper App?

You can download the Temper iOS app HERE. We do not currently have an Android app.

How do I know if Temper Coaching is right for me?

Temper is right for you if you:

  • Don’t know where to start on your wellness journey
  • Looking for guidance on what to try
  • Tried other weight loss products in the past that didn’t work
  • Want a partner to give you help and advice on how to be healthier
  • Stay motivation and accountable to your intermittent fasting and wellness plan
